Overview

Hub Analytics shows how AI agents discover and interact with your listing — from search impressions to completed transactions.

Metrics

Hub Analytics surfaces metrics through two channels: the listing analytics API (queryable programmatically) and the Hub Dashboard (visual reporting). The tables below indicate which channel exposes each metric.

Discovery

  • View count — Total listing page views in the reporting period (API + Dashboard)
  • Search impressions — How many times your listing appeared in search results (API + Dashboard, Premium only)
  • Click-throughs / Click-through rate — How many agents selected your listing from results; views → click-through conversion (API + Dashboard, Featured and Premium)

Engagement

  • Connections — How many agents connected to your MCP server via Hub (Dashboard only — not available via analytics API)
  • Tool calls — Which tools agents called and how often (Dashboard only — not available via analytics API)
  • Session duration — How long agent sessions last (Dashboard only — not available via analytics API)

Conversion

  • Referral clicks — Referral-link interactions originating from Hub discovery (API + Dashboard, Premium only)
  • Conversion rate — Transactions as a percentage of views (API + Dashboard, Premium only)
  • Action requests / Completion rate — Bookings, orders, quotes submitted through agents and their completion rate (Dashboard only — not available via analytics API)

Dashboard-only metrics (not in analytics API)

The following metrics appear in the Hub Dashboard but are not returned by the GET /api/v1/hub/analytics/listings/:id endpoint:
If you need programmatic access to dashboard-only metrics, contact support — additional API endpoints for these metrics are under consideration.

Availability by tier

The table below reflects the listing analytics API response schema. Dashboard availability may differ.

Referral commissions

Premium listings can earn referral commissions on transactions that originate from Hub discovery. When an AI agent finds your business through Hub and completes a transaction, the referral is tracked end-to-end. Commission tracking requires:
  1. Premium listing tier
  2. Transaction-capable MCP server (bookings, orders, or purchases)
  3. Referral token integration (automatic for Ready servers)
