# Roadmap

> What we are considering, planning and building for the ezForge Platform.

## Status vocabulary

Every item carries exactly one of these statuses.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Considering** | We are exploring the idea. No decision has been made. |
| **Planned** | We intend to build it. Timing is not set. |
| **In progress** | Work has started. |
| **On hold** | Work is paused and may resume later. |
| **Shipped** | It is available now. See the [changelog](https://docs.ezforge.ai/changelog/overview.md). |
| **Not planned** | We do not currently intend to build it. |

### Menu import for service businesses

Status: Considering

Importing service lists for businesses such as salons and contractors, so a service menu does not have to be entered by hand.

### Product catalog import for retail

Status: Considering

Importing a retail product catalog from the commerce systems a business already uses.

### Optional automatic menu and catalog updates

Status: Considering

An opt-in mode that applies approved menu and catalog changes automatically instead of waiting for a review each time.

### More business types

Status: Considering

Support for further kinds of business, such as professional services, fitness, auto and healthcare.

### Multi-language support

Status: Considering

Serving business information in more than one language, starting with Spanish.

### Booking and point-of-sale connections

Status: Considering

Direct connections to the booking and point-of-sale systems a business already uses, so its information stays current.

### Live availability updates

Status: Considering

Keeping availability current as it changes in a connected booking or point-of-sale system.

### Website agent-readiness

Status: Considering

Generating the pieces a business website needs so AI agents can use it directly.

### Server health dashboard

Status: Considering

A simple view for business owners showing whether their server is running normally.

### Combined skills across businesses

Status: Considering

Skills that answer a question across several businesses, for example by type of business and location.
